i didnt realize until class today that i fotgot the envoi part.
It started on a couch, sitting close on the cushions.
He leaned over close to me his skin a smooth brown.
His smell fresh,
over took me in an intoxicating
way. My cheeks glowed bright pink,
his kiss was sweet.
It lingered a sweet
taste. I scooted over a little on the cushions.
Cheeks still rosy,
I buried my face in the brown
paisley printed pillows drunk
with embarrassment. They were fresh
from the scent I sprayed earlier that day. I loved the clean
smell. I think it’s called sweet
dreams. But I don’t quite remember, mind still woozy
I lost those thoughts as he took the pillow
out of my hand. He told me to look into his brown
eyes. As soon as I did I felt my face glow pinker.
I traced my fingers on his face, my nails dark pink
freshly done.
He stared at me with his big brown
eyes. I knew he was taking in my smell, sugary and sweet.
It was Can Can by Paris Hilton. He pushed me into the pillows
Intoxicated.
Intoxicated with desire,
He kissed my pink
lips. Then began throwing the cushions
on the floor. His kisses tasted sweet
from the brown
tootsie rolls. Brown
I guess that’s chocolate flavor. But I was drunk
My find filled with thoughts pinks,
and sweets,
fresh smells.
But all that was lost as he pushed me deeper into the cushions.
you dream and imagine the things you want, then they will begin to appear in your life its all about positive thinking!

my form
the poetry form i came up with:
4 stanzas
3 lines in each stanza
The beginning of each line would repeat but the last few words are different
And the fourth stanza repeats all the line headers from the previous stanzas as well as extra lines to tie all three together.
and my example poem:
i saw you and her
i saw the end coming
i saw everything change
i heard what you said
i heard what they told me
i heard but i didnt process
i waited for the change
i waited for you
i waited, but the end still came
i saw, i heard, i waited
knowing it was over
i always knew it would end
